Canceling ADR Day of?

Who do I call to cancel an ADR the day of the ADR?

I would hate to just not show up. I know that the ADRs are "downloaded" to the restaurant the day of. I am assuming that calling WDW-Dine will not work?

If you are staying on site you can call from the phone in your room. There's a button to connect you directly to dining. Each park has a guest services window that can handle this for you, too.

Actually, calling Disney Dining will work. They will contact the restaurant for you. It seems that they have upgraded the computer system so that it is no longer that the restaurant only gets things at the beginning of the meal period. We made ADRs 2 hours ahead and were on the computer when we arrived.

Thanks! I know summer is busy and if we don't make one of our ADRs I would like someone else to be able to utilize it!

Yeah, you can contact Disney Dining from your room or stop by Guest Services once in the park. Heck, one time we even walked by the restaurant itself and just canceled there.

I have made reservations 45 minutes out from our hotel guest services desk and we were in the computer when we arrived. I have no idea how their system works but it's fairly up to the minute, I guess.

1) Normal ADR's can be cancelled

. . . any Lobby Concierge
. . . any park Guest Services
. . . if not credit card hold, not charge
2) If there is a credit card hold
. . . there is a cancellation time
. . . this could be 24-hrs or 48-hrs
. . . if in the time, the card will be charged
. . . based upon restaurant, $10, $20 or full meal price per person
