Canceling a room only reservation

I might need to cancel a room only reservation. Can I do that online in MDE or do I have to call? Hoping not to call...Thanks! (I know with a package you have to call).

Sometimes yes, sometimes no, depends on the temperament of MDE. I had to cancel two room only reservations earlier this month, one was easy to cancel online, the other kept giving me error messages and I ended up having to call.

Agree with the PP, should be very easy online baring any MDX temperament issues (and assuming you are over five days out).

If you do get an error, try another browser or computer. I have had a lot of luck using Chrome via Incognito lately... it has made the website a lot more usable for me.

Just wanted to mention that I have cancelled packages online, so both reservation types can be done that way (as long as the website is working properly, as the pp's said) .

I have never been able to cancel online. I have always had to call... have no idea why.
