canceled??what????how???who???when???

hi all,
guess what,i called wdw to add a single comment to my reservation,the comment was travling with party such and such.now 3 different cms on the phone tell me that resort resveration # was canceled.i have proof of payment and a confirmation #'S.however this is not good enough for them????so i did my part and payed for a night,when i wanted to pay in full and i was told they can't do that and it still was canceled??what the heck do i do know??to be honest i'm in panic mode. do i rebook even though i still did'nt get a refund on my first resort reservation?then what if i end up with 2 resort resv.will i get stuck paying for 2 rooms when i don't need them.i really am not sure on what to do?the money i paid for the first one is missing in thier system,meaning i never got a refund even though they canceled it.and i was told it has been canceled for some time now.so where is the one nights room deposit i gave them?I'm waiting for them to call me back,there are trying to figure this out too,since my obligations were done correctly meaning one night room deposit paid in full.there system canceled my resort resv. not me and they are not sure why since they only rule is one nights resort payment in full is required and i did that and they have the proof i payed one nights deposit in full.they are not sure why thier system canceled me and i don't know either? I'm still in panic mode.

I'd call back and ask to speak to a Supervisor. Give him all your information and tell him what happened.

Call your credit card company to dispute the missing ressie charge. Then you will only have to pay for the newest ressie.
