Canceled cruise reservation will not drop off account

I have a cruise booked for next week ( :scared: ), which dcl had to cancel and rebook for me for the exact same stateroom.
The original reservation is still showing up on my account as active, and when I try to link the new reservation number I was given it says it cannot be found.

I have been on the phone with disney and they "don't know" what the problem is ( :scared::scared::scared: )
They thought it was a cache issue but the reservation shows up in my account on the website and in the app.

Has anyone else had a problem like this? I need to do my check in and safe passage all over again on this new reservation but I can't even get to it :sad1:
