Cancel/Transfer/Trade ADR's 4 June *UPDATED*

I was laughed at too, I'm glad it's not just me. The CM that helped me this time was just as shocked as I was that there were openings.

I was laughed at too for trying to get new reservations for mid-September. I had one guy (in a nice tone) tell me not to even bother trying anymore; that it was only going to get worse; and that if someone did cancel, with 800 operators, I would never get it. Well. . . the next day I ended up with a prime restaurant at 5:15 PM and then just yesterday I was able to snag a Wishes specialty cruise!

I know it's frustrating, but keep trying!! You never know!!

I am so upset, I just called to confirm my ADRs and they lost 2 of mine. I have told my DD5 we are going to Chef Mickeys the first morning and the reservations are lost. Can anyone help???? It was for Sept 9 around 9am. They also lost my CP for Friday Sept 14 at 10:30am if anyone can help. I think it is sad when we plan as much as we do for these ADRs and Disney loses them.

On a positive I just cancelled 50s PTC on 9/9 at 5:20 if anyone is interested. I would have posted first but the CM made me cancel because I had WCC too.

I don't know if this will help, but just a couple days ago, I cancelled a Sep 14 CP reservation for 5 for 2:20 or so. I had posted it, but I don't know if it would still be available or not.

The time didn't work for us so I didn't take it, but I thought I'd share that a table for 4 is available at 8:50 Wed, September 12th - Chef Mickey's.

I just got off the telephone with Disney. It's the only table available that evening. I hope this is helpful to someone!

I thought they had lost my Ohanas res., but it was under my cell phone number instead of my home phone number....I was in a panic.

Is it possible that they didn't lose the adr but have it under a different spelling? That is what happened to me. I called earlier in the week and half of our adr's were missing but we were able to find them. hope this helps.

My inlaws and their friends have cancelled their trips.
I told her I would take care of cancelling their ADRs (after picking a few I wanted, and changing things around a bit!!) And there are a few of mine I am cancelling too.

I actually call a couple times a week and the last two times I got laughed at (Seriously) and both ladies said you don't want much do you and you are asking for the most popular places.

I did catch a LTT cancellation thanks to this board!

I call daily too and i got laughed at also! I've been trying to change my le cellier to an earlier time so we can hit up the pirate and princess party afterwards, and last time i called they admonished me for even trying at such a hard to get restaurant. The CM said "you know this is one of the most popular restaurants; it books up months in advance." I meekly replied that yes, i am aware of its popularity. haha
