Cancel one day?

If we need to cancel one day of our reservation, do they have to cancel the entire reservation and book over again, or can they simply remove one day of the stay?

As long as the day is either at the beginning or end of the reservation, you can drop the day and keep the rest of the reservation.

I agree, it should be no problem dropping the first or last day. I recently dropped the first night of a five night stay about a month before our trip and it was not a problem. I don't think I was ever at risk of losing the reservation because of cancelling and re-booking.

I just dropped a day at the end of our trip today via member services. No problem what so ever!
