Cancel Magic Maker?

If you've already bought this, can you cancel it or no?

I assume you mean the Memory Maker photo product? I believe it says "non-refundable" purchase, but when I was traveling with family we had a misunderstanding and two of us accidentally both bought it. I called back and asked if it could be removed and they did it no problem. Possibly since we still had one, they didn't make a fuss or possibly because I was adding park days at the same time (Increasing something about our reservation at the same time as asking to delete something).
