Cancel magic band order

I’m under the impression that I had to order magic bands for my entire group at the same time but I missed one person in the group. When I try to click the link in my order email “manage magic bands” it does nothing. I can’t figure out how to order this last magic band. Any help would be appreciated as calling and the chat are a joke!!

You won't be able to order the last magic band. Once you submit the order, there is no way to change it. You can order one from shopdisney or wait until you arrive and purchase one at the resort.

Yes. This happened to me when they first started offering the specialty bands. I ordered one for my DD when she saw what she liked with the intent to purchase one for me later. Couldn't do it. There was a grey band waiting for me at our resort.

You can buy him one onsite. But it won’t be customized & you won’t get the prearrival discount.

Yes, you can purchase one for him once you arrive. Many stores on property carry MBs. Unfortunately you will need to pay full price for this band.

My scenario happened when MagicBands were still included with resort stats.
