Cancel Booking from MDE

Hi,

not sure if anyone can help, I'm trying to cancel my hotel only booking through MDE and it just keeps spinning. Could it be because I used a travel agent?

Yes your travel agent owns your reservation and will need to cancel your reservation. You can't even call Disney directly to cancel.
