Cancel Bonnet creek for Xmas week or try to rent?

I have a 1 bedroom at bonnet creek booked for Xmas week (dec.20-27) and I don't think I'll be able to go. Should I just cancel or try to rent it out? How fast do you think i could rent it out for? Is $90/night unreasonable? TYIA

Well if you are a Wyndham owner and made the reservation with your points, it's too late to cancel and get your points back. So you may as well try to rent.

If it's an RCI exchange you are not allowed to rent it.

If you've rented it from someone else, I don't know what your options are.

If you're the owner, you could list it at TUG's last-minute rentals. They have a price limit of $100/night.

If it's an RCI exchange, all you can take for it is the exchange fee and guest certificate fee. You'd list it as a Distress week on TUG. (This is in contrast to II, which won't let you take anything at all.)
