Canadians who have purchased FL homes

We're looking at buying a property in Kissimmee to use for vacations now, rent when we're not there to help with the costs, and then move to when we retire. For any Canadians who have purchased in Florida, do you have a real estate agent you could recommend?

I've searched the forums on DIS, but most of the recommendations are pretty old.

We went through a couple of realtors before we found "the one" lol
We had one that took us to a unit that we loved, only to find out that the community did not allow STR! Huge let down

We ended up using The Pink Flamingo Group, her name was Sara.

Make sure he/she is knowledgable in the STR business, and they should be able to provide with you with occupancy rates for each place you are looking at. Buying a unit with rentals that transfer with the sale is a big help when your new in the game.
