Canadians Using Magical Express?

Has anyone used the Magical Express service? I know Air Canada is not one of the designated airlines, but if you claim your own luggage can you still use the magical express if you have a reservation at a Disney resort? Last Christmas we used Tiffany's Town car service and the last trip we had prepaid tickets for Mears and they really gave my parents and in laws a very difficult time, in fact even though I had called in for the reservation for them they didnt show up at the hotel and said they werent serving Disney anymore! The hotel finally arranged for them to travel the ME to the airport instead. It was a nightmare, so coming home we just used a taxi so as not to put up with Mears. I had called in to make the reservation and did notice they didnt show up at the designated time though! So I'm unclear whether we can use the ME? If not I will go town car again. Thanks

Yes Canadians can use ME. You can claim your own luggage and still use the ME option.

My pary recently flew to WDW from Ottawa. We picked up our checked in luggage at the carousel and made our way to the Magical Express Counter located on the bottom floor of the orlando Airport. We were given vouchers and within minutes we were boarding the bus to port Orleans French Quarter.
