Knox, Can you help me out on this one? Ok, we're currently booked at Poly w/ the 40% code. We purchased DDP and our total package price is $2951.52. Well we're having some unexpected expenses, an AC that needs to be replaced and some work on DH's truck.

I am thinking of booking CBR w/ free dining. But I don't know the best way to go about it. What's the best way to handle this w/ CRO? Should I just wait until Thursday and cancell the current ressie and then book CBR? Is this going to be a MAJOR issue? TIA

Ahh.. an easy one.. I love the easy ones.

You are more than 45 days away from your checking with your current reservation.. so you can cancel or change that with no penalties. So...

First off - don't cancel anything just yet.

Wait till Thursday... THEN call and confirm you can book into whatever resort you want for the free dining promotion. Then cancel your existing reservation and make the new reservation.

How that works exactly I'm not sure. They might need to refund the deposit from the first reservation and then charge the new one or maybe they can slide it over.. I'm not sure.

The beauty is.. you have 14 days to make the initial 200$ deposit.. so you can wait for the refund to go to your credit card if cash is tight right now.
