Canadian Zip locs?

Hi Does any store in Ontario, Canada sell zip locs big enough to hold magazines? I am handing down 6-7years of Family Fun to sister inlaw.I have got them all devided into months so all she has to do is pick up a bag for the month.They have to be big enough for up to seven magazines.Then they all go in one clear container marked"Family Fun".

Now that is just too organized - LOL Have you tried the oversized freezer bags? They seem like they would fit - but it would be tight. They are available at any grocery store - but might be a touch on the small side? Maybe someone else has had experience?

Zellers' sells the Jumbo Freezer/Storage Bags. Their truly home brand.

They are 13 x 15.5 inches with a resealable seal. There are 12 per box!

They are great for packing too!

I wish I could buy the Ziploc's in the 2 gallon size and up.. I buy them at Target in New York State ( we are on the border ) I just saw the commercial for Ziploc 10 gallon size and also to store a comforter in a ziploc.. Can't wait to get my hands on those..

Hi again. I just got back from Zellers, and picked up the bags for $2.98. Well they will do the job but they are HUGE. I even got seven magazines in side ways with lots of room to spare.

Ziplocs are cheaper but for those who want to buy the Space Bags, they appear to be on sale at Canadian Tire (they're in today's flyer...so I guess they go on sale tomorrow or Saturday...I get the online flyer so I dunno.) Prices range from 7.99 to 14.99 depending on size.

I've already got two Space bags from before. Next week, I'm driving down to Indiana and will stop at a few Walmarts and Targets to see if I can find those gigantic Ziplocs!

Oh my they are huge.. I bought the box with 3 in it and they are $ 5.99 and are 2.5 feet by 2.5 feet... actually a few inches bigger but oyu get the drift..

They are wonderfull.
I put a comfortor in one.. It was greeat. !
