I've been trying to get a hold of someone by the phone at Disneyland, but no luck so checking on here.

Anyone with Canadian Resident Tickets from last year have their tickets disappear from their app? Also not showing/valid when I log into Disneyland.com (my account).

I couldn't log in to the app recently, so I deleted the app from my iPod and reinstalled it. It worked fine after that.

I also have a Canadian Resident Ticket from last year, and I just checked it and it was showing up in the app. Try logging in to your Disneyland.com account from a desktop, and try and make a theme park reservation - you should be able to select any pre-purchased tickets from that screen. My ticket also showed up at that point (but nowhere else on the My Disneyland menu, which was very frustrating!)

I'm sitting at home in Alberta under pretty heavy lockdown. Will not get to use my tickets this summer for sure (if the border even reopens. I know they can't keep extending but was hoping they would one more time lol!!!

Mine disappeared a week or 2 ago but I was able to relink them from my original email. I just checked and they are still there.

Thank you, deleting the app and re adding to my phone worked! It is bitter sweet seeing our tickets reappear. Come on vaccines 🤞

Are we thinking these will get extended past December of this year? Kind of struggling to see how I am going to get down there in 2021....

Your guess is as good as mine. But as long as the land border remains closed to non-essential travel (as much as we'd like to think a trip to DL is essential...) we've got a good argument for another extension.

The border will probably open late summer and they'll say we can go in the fall. As a teacher ... no I can't!

Exactly! Before December 21st is out for us - I'm tentatively planning for the Alberta Teacher's Convention long weekend in February 2022, but I'll need an extension on the tickets. I guess I could call and try and get them refunded and then buy new tickets.

I’m in BC, and listening to the Alberta “open summer” plan. It gives me a glimmer of hope that my August trip might happen (emphasis on might). 🤞 Come on vaccines, come on borders 🇨🇦

My tickets went missing on my account months ago but the links from the emails still showed me tickets. I just logged in and now they are showing me the stitch ate my page screen...

Anyone else having this?
