Canadian Nov/Dec Photopass Full!!!

I read about some others sharing a photopass to reduce the costs, I'm traveling Nov. 28-Dec. 7/08 and know it's early but anyone looking to share costs? I will offer to organize.

This photopass group is now officially full, I think we have a great Disney group!

Update: Okay, here is our list of members & dates:

Nov. 9 - Nov. 16 - LittleFlounder
Nov. 28 - Dec. 7 - iluvwesties
Nov. 28 - Dec. 7 - me
Dec. 13 - Dec. 19 - PBX1
Dec. 14 - Dec. 21 - tgropp

So, based on these dates I would have to create the account by Dec. 8/08 (the day after I get back ) and all editing would have to be completed by Jan. 6/09. This would mean quite a long wait for LittleFlounder and a shorter editing time period for PBX1 & tgropp (if you join).

Please let me know what you think about these timelines and if anyone doesn't want to proceed please let me know as soon as you can.

We are going to be there from Dec 14-21. I am not sure what you mean by sharing a photopass and what the benefits are, but if it saves money I am always up for that

Basically a few of us (I think 4 or 5 would be ideal) can go in on sharing the costs of the photopass. I'm planning on pre-ordering it so it's $99.95 (I think, I will confirm the pre-order price) and then we all just split the cost of the CD & shipping, which, depending on how many people we get, should work out to be $20-$25 each. I will create an account for the photos to be added to, after each person's trip they will provide me with the numbers from each of their photo cards and I will add these to the same account. I believe we have 30 days after the first person arrives to create the account and would have 30 days after the account is created to edit our photos, (which means that the last person traveling will have a shorter amount of time to edit their photos and the first person traveling will have a longer wait for their photos). Then I close the account, order the image CD, I copy the CD and copyright release letter and send each person a copy of it.

The one thing I should mention is that the CD you receive will have all of the images on it. I don't think I would be able to sort through each families photos and separate them (with hundreds of images this would be very time consuming), so everyone would have to be comfortable with that (although no one but me would know the other people's real names and information).
