Canadian Buffoon's Disney With a Teen Vacation - 08/13 - The Wrap

Welcome back! Can't wait to hear all about it!

 Thanks! :)

:goodvibes:
(Can you guess which TR I've already opened?)

Not much there, but I've got a bit of warm fuzzy going. I thought things were settling down, but noooooooooooo. 3 days of FULL stuff this week. On a brighter note, I have the entire next week off except for a bit of lecture- so I imagine a little action over there again. Which also makes me pretty darned happy.

I know... been there and back!

I thought things were settling down, but noooooooooooo. 3 days of FULL stuff this week.

Oy.

On a brighter note, I have the entire next week off except for a bit of lecture

Niice.

so I imagine a little action over there again.

All right, Liesa!
Although, what you do in the privacy of your boudoir...

... should be shared here.

Which also makes me pretty darned happy.

So it should! Hubba, hubba!

Jaw dropping in 3... 2... 1.

I wanted to post some stuff too, but never had any unmonitored time, and I didn't want to have to explain why I was looking at pictures of pillow fights and such. :rolleyes1

Ah well... wasted opportunity.
Tell Fran it's for a good cause.

'Cause it is.

Did you watch it through to the end?
Was tough to watch that part.
I knew he had died, but still.

I'm guess I'm glad I didn't watch all the way to the end. I must have sensed that it was going to be tough. I watched a lot of it, but then for some reason turned it off, I must have sensed what was coming at the end.

Well, it's a matter of opinion, I knew it was but would have had a hard time pleading my case. I've learned, pick your battles, and that wasn't one to fight....

He'll really like the Ariel one!

I thought so, that's why I put her last :)

And also... <whimper>

What's this? Someone handing me an envelope?
<opens envelope>
The award for the DISer who knows me the best of all goes to
(drumroll please)... @Saturn23!

:rotfl2: Thanks!! I'm taking my award and running away with it before you change your mind!

Wow. It's like you're psychotic or something.

::yes:: I like to tell myself that I've learned that.
But I'm a guy. We're not that smart.

Hey! I resemble that remark!

Yes. Yes you do.

I've pulled a muscle again! Hurts to type.

Oh, shoot. Hope it heals quickly!

I thought so, that's why I put her last :)

Ah.

:rotfl2: Thanks!! I'm taking my award and running away with it before you change your mind!

:lmao: Run, little girl! Run!

The suspense is killin' me!!

Mission accomplished.

Oh, hey. I finished your Europe TR! At least, to the end of the trip, not quite the end of the chatter.

Ah, Venice. Now I want to go back. I definitely agree about needing to just wander around and get lost there - my friend and I did a bit of that. We didn't do much of the expensive touristy things, however - broke college students. So, we settled for the big vaporettos, esp since we stayed at the youth hostel on a different island (I forget the name).

No one did try any scams on us, but my friend did get a pair of sunglasses stolen in Naples. We also were swarmed by a group of Gypsy kids in Rome while checking a map, and I swatted at them with my jeans jacket and they went away.

I pretty much knew your back was going to go out, but it was definitely more dramatic reading the whole story! A friend of mine once called me from his bathroom when he threw out his back. Thankfully, he was able to get out and unlock the door so I could take him to the doctor!

The Girl Scout cookie conversation was quite amusing, since we are finishing up cookie season here. But, there are 2 different bakers, and our council uses the other one, so I've never had Lemonades or Thanks-a-Lots!

Out of breath trying to catch up. New to the party so I did a speed read through the pre trip and comments.

Uh, huh.
clothes
toothbrush...
Maybe Passports? US cash? Car rental agreement? Car rental insurance? Hotel info?
Sunglasses? GPS? Camera? Camera charger? iPod? iPod charger?

On our trip to Hawaii, I decided to pack my clothes early in the morning before the taxi came. Didn't work out so well. I woke to the phone ringing and it was the cab driver outside the house. Oops. Luckily the important stuff like passports, itinerary, cameras, dive gear, cash... were already packed. Who needs clothes?

Our fearless leader is back!
Where he leads is a bit crazy, suggestive but always fun.
Glad you've arrived safely back to us. Because it is all about us the readers right?
Oh, right. You people are foolish enough to want me to write
even more drivel.
Please drivel away, cause I'm a fool for you!
Oh. Also have to download photos from...
count 'em, 6... that's six devices!
6?! I can't even think of that many devices to hold photos. Do you have that many cameras?

Will be looking forward to Chapter 1!!
Thanks again for giving us something to look forward to and being able to keep in touch with lots of chatter
You were missed

Oh, hey. I finished your Europe TR! At least, to the end of the trip, not quite the end of the chatter.

You poor thing! Are you okay? Do you need to sit down?

Ah, Venice. Now I want to go back.

Me too!
Especially since I have unfinished business there.

I definitely agree about needing to just wander around and get lost there - my friend and I did a bit of that. We didn't do much of the expensive touristy things, however - broke college students. So, we settled for the big vaporettos, esp since we stayed at the youth hostel on a different island (I forget the name).

After I was incapacitated, Elle and Kay went out on their own.
They say that was the best part of the whole trip.

Ungrateful little brats!

No one did try any scams on us, but my friend did get a pair of sunglasses stolen in Naples.

As long as they weren't expensive,
it makes for a good story to tell.

We also were swarmed by a group of Gypsy kids in Rome while checking a map, and I swatted at them with my jeans jacket and they went away.

No way!

I'm a little bit scared of you now.
Impressed, too.

I pretty much knew your back was going to go out, but it was definitely more dramatic reading the whole story!

It wasn't as much fun to live through, however.

A friend of mine once called me from his bathroom when he threw out his back. Thankfully, he was able to get out and unlock the door so I could take him to the doctor!

Why do these things always happen in the bathroom with a locked door????

The Girl Scout cookie conversation was quite amusing, since we are finishing up cookie season here. But, there are 2 different bakers, and our council uses the other one, so I've never had Lemonades or Thanks-a-Lots!

I was shocked when I got the package of cookies.
They didn't last overly long however.

Out of breath trying to catch up.

Well, hi there CJ! :welcome: to the TR!

New to the party so I did a speed read through the pre trip and comments.

Oh, boy. Do you need a paper bag?
You know, to breathe into, or (more likely) puke into?

 That'll learn ya!

Who needs clothes?

1. Correct. Some of those beaches are clothing optional.
(Note. I do not need to see pictures of you in the buff...)
2. You can always buy clothes.
What... a pair of shorts, some T's, undies (optional) and flip flops.
Done.
