It's not pork belly like regular bacon, it's pork back. I've had some before, it's pretty darn good.

What the heck is Canadian Bacon?!

I am a Canadian and have heard this term a lot down in the states, but almost never up in Canada. After hearing it numerous times in the states, I think I should finally try and find out what the stuff really is. Maybe you can help me out, what is Canadian Bacon?

Canadian bacon is not really bacon it is like a circle of grilled ham. It's nasty.
