Does anyone know when the last time was WDW had a Canadian money at par deal?

There was one in 2002. The dollar was in the $1.54 range and we got Cdn $ at par then. Not certain if there has been once since. Others will chime in if there has been.

No. You don't need to book a room.

nope, they are a ticket only promotion. No need to have a room booked. Can be purchased until Feb 28, 2017 (only advance purchase, not at the gate).
