Canada's Wonderland Hotel

Hi everyone. Need some info, please. Can anyone recommend a hotel/motel close to PCW? We're on vacation next week and thought we'd go down for a couple of days and stay over. We just need someplace clean and reputable, with a pool. And preferably on the more reasonable side And we're not totally against a good, clean campground either. We have a huge tent. But the hotel would be our first choice !

When I was looking for last week I noticed a whole list of hotels on their page under 'plan your visit'

Maryliz you should lok into the Holiday Inn across from Yorkdale mall it is very close to the 400 so not to far from CWL and very close to the Rainforest Cafe and a Disney Store so you get the best of it all. It has a holidome with pool and so on for the kids big and little.

I like the thought of being close to TDS ! Does anyone know how bad the traffic is in the morning getting onto the 400, and then heading North on the 400 to PCW?

I was in the CAA office last week and they have a couple of "stay & play" deals for Canada's Wonderland. I don't remember off hand which hotels they were (Best Western, I think), $175. for 1 night stay, included 2 adult admissions to CW, and included a full buffet breakfast for 2. The brochure also said that kids eat & stay free, so you would just have to pay for the kids admission. They also had a Zoo deal, same as above, except it was $130. per night. Hope this helps.

We have never had any problems getting on and off the 400 int he morning when going to CWL or any other place up that way to be honest. You should be fine and the hotel is in a great spot.

For cheaper tickets, try your local blockbuster video or your local credit union. They have been selling for $35 instead of $55.
