I don't believe so. "Additionally, all flights to and from vacation destinations in the Caribbean and Mexico will stop as of Sunday and remain suspended until at least April 30, Trudeau said."
I'm a bit surprised honestly
With the added $2000 that you have to pay upon returning to Canada I doubt many will be willing to add that expense to go to DisneyEasier to just ban a country than ban individual states, I guess.

OMG I am so worried now (booked for September with flights). I can't afford another $2,000.00 on top of the vacay lol (regardless of what quarantine rules might be on at that time). My sister has told me to calm down though, it is a long way away and I'm just obsessing but I remain concerned.
Here in Nova Scotia, we are utilizing mobile pop-up testing sites daily around the province for asymptomatic people to get tested. We started these back at the start of our second wave with the 20-40 age demographic and the bar/restaurant areas. Test, test, TEST!
? If you now have to have a test and quarantine for 3 days while you wait for results, what happens if you have to continue on to another city?
ie. flight from Orlando to Halifax lands in Toronto. You get off and do your 3 days. Then do you board a flight for Halifax and finish up the 14 days. Normally this would be considered 2 different flights instead of a just a layover (because of the 3 days stay)
Any thoughts as to how they might deal with this?
