I forget my location doesn't say Canada anymore. I am Canadian but live in the US now....and a Leafs fan. I even converted my husband.

I think you can be a fan of pretty much any other team and feel good taking a shot at the leafs I bought my son some generic hockey socks from sears a few years ago and they had the leafs with a few other teams on there and my dh was so not impressed.

The Leafs'll have to go into the toilet pretty darn fast if they want to catch the Blues in the race to see who's the suckiest come June. Tavares is the one shining light on the horizon for a bunch of us; the losses still sting, but they're a little more bearable knowing that a kid like that's out there.

I was so proud with how "our" boys all played!

All of the players who make it to this callibre of hockey should be extremely proud of themselves regardless of the final score or how they placed in the tournament.

I was sightly disappointed by some of the unsportsman like behaviour during a gold medal game.

At the one point when there was some pushing in front of the net (can't remember whose net it was)and a Canadian player went down with a Swedish player. Did it look to anyone else like maybe the Swedish player bit the hand of the Canadian player? Just the way the Canadian player fell, his gloved hand was by the Swedish player's head down by his chin/jaw and then he pulled his hand out minus the glove and was shaking it like it had been bit or pinched badly?
