Can your mission fail?...

I and DH rode Mission Space on our October trip last year. This is my new favorite attraction and will definitely be riding it on our December trip. My question is can your mission to mars fail? Has this happen to anyone who rode it? It is just that my foolish curiosity won't quit till I know. If anyone knows the awnser PLEASE tell me: It will be greatly appreciated.

From what I understand the answer is no, a "computer override" pops up on screen. at least thats what a ffriend of mine told me who rode it, and had to see for theirself.

We rode it three times in May and if we failed to hit the correct button at the right time, it didn't make a difference. Kind of takes the pressure off to "perform". All in all, I thought it was a great ride!

I rode with a lady who refused to hit any buttons and I moticed it said computer override on her turn each time.

dh and dd took the chicken exit just as we were about to board, so we were short two people and it did computer override for their parts and when i was not right on top of my job (ds scolded me, btw) it also computer overrode... ergo, i am going to guess that "nope" you cannot fail...

Thank you so much for answering my question. It was something that just drove me crazy. Kind of foolish but i'm glad my mystery is solved. I can't wait to ride it in December.
