Can you walk through Cinderella Castle at official park opening?

Hi all. I'm pretty sure I know the answer to this question, but I just wanted to verify. Are you able to walk through Cinderella Castle immediately following the morning welcome show? Some friends staying offsite want to get to Fairtytale hall at 9am (official park opening time). Can they walk through Cinderella Castle at that time of day? TIA

If there is an opening show it will be blocked but it doesn’t take too much longer to take the paths beside the moat.
