Can you wake Tinkerbell in DL?/Opening Park

I know in WDW it is a rush to try and be the first one to the store by the castle to wake Tinkerbell at the named store....we have tried twice but been just a little late...can you do the same in DL?

Also do they pick families to open the parks in the AM? Any hints on how to get chosen?

Sad to say, but there is no waking Tink in DL. We got to do it in WDW and it was so fun. But although there is a princess shop in DL, there is not one dedicated to Tink.
