The ticket should tell you the valid dates you can use them. Tickets are date based now. I know when I was pricing mine for our June trip, it told me they were valid from June 9-June 15. That was from Sunday to Saturday. My trip was only from June9-June 13. So I guess it just depends when you check in.

Only if you Modify and adjust the start-date of your date-based tickets. You may have an upcharge.

I believe you can no longer activate package tickets early, the ticket start date is the check-in date for the package. If you have booked room and tickets separately, you can adjust the ticket start date to a day earlier.

We have our tickets separate from our room. Our tickets have a specific date range on them, beginning with the first day we said we'd use them. The fine print says that we can make changes to the tickets (including the dates) prior to midnight ET of the day before your ticket's first valid use date. So, you'd need to change them prior to whatever day you want to use them, if you want to use them EARLY.
