Can you use the dinning plan for Take out?

We are traveling with a 2 year old and just wondering if you can use the dinning plan and get meals to go.

For table service? No. The restaurants at Disney are not equipped nor staffed to handle take-out orders.

Quick service can, of course, easily be taken "to go", as that's pretty much how it's served in the first place.
