I'm leaving Sunday for a week at the BC/Poly and as I live in FL, I'm driving so I can pack whatever I want. (Including my tabletop fiber optic tree and some lights!!)
Can I use 'noodles', those styrofoam, long tubes at either the Poly or Stormalong Bay?
The last time I was at SB, they had run out of inner tubes (and it sure didn't look like they had many to begin with) so I was out of luck on the lazy river. A noodle would solve that problem.

We used a noodle at SAB. Some kind soul gave it to us as they were exiting the pool. It added some enjoyment to the swim. I have also heard you can bring your own tubes if they are clear.

They had noodles at the pool at CR. The first day in the pool we used them for our nieces because the marina where you borrow the vests was closed. The next day we got them the vests and didn't need to use the noodles any longer.

Poly not sure about noodles but in the volcano pool in august we saw the guards telling everyone with a floatation toy "NO". In fact a set of parents where very angry cause they had a little crib thing for the water with the mom sitting in the zero entry and the baby liked to rock in it, and they said no, if bigger kids could not, then the baby could not. :confused3 I thought this was slightly extreme? But I guess they have to be fair to everyone, so that there is no questions. We did see alot of kids with inner tubes, and this couple ;) with the baby at the quiet pool with no problem (no life guards there) later ;) .

Now this may of been because of it being august, and the pool was packed, they could be more laxed in the off season. I can't believe they would not let them have a noodle when the pool only had a few kids / people in it.

Actually at the same time the dreaded blow up toys where banned 2 separate wild games of long distance catch where going on, and many people where hoping a stop to that was next  but that activity was A-OK! ;) I think everyone in the area had been hit with that ball a couple to times. :paw: Anyway; I would say Bring your noodle, if they say NO, just have them use it later at the quiet pool, no problem.

SAB used to rent noodles, so I don't think it would be a problem there at all.

Have a great time, hope you have good swimming weather! ::MickeyMo

Our daughter uses noodles at the Volcano pool at the Polynesian. Both she and our son use them at SAB.

My husband always gives away our noodles and beach toys as we leave our last day. Pay it forward. :flower:

I have used noodles many times at both - it is no problem. In fact, you can buy a noodle at the SAB shop where you rent tubes. I found the noodle more comfortable than the tube.

We also used a noodl at SB, and then gave it away to a family on our last day....

We brought the mesh "noodle chairs" that I bought online. Planned on buying noodles when we arrived at BC. They ended up giving us noodles to use each time we went to the pool and asked. Left our noodle "chairs" with a family on our last day.
