Can you use ME to the airport from another Disney resort?

For example, we are staying at POR. Our flight home leaves around 3pm. Can we have breakfast at Boma at AKL, explore the resort, then check in at AKL's ME desk for the trip to the airport? If yes, what do we do with our bags? Leave them at the POR desk or haul them with us to AKL?
