Can you use gift cards to pay for Mobile Order?

We're closing in on our 1st Universal Trip & I am starting to figure out how much in gift cards to purchase. Are we able to use gift cards on mobile orders? I assume we can use them at sit-down restaurants, gift shops, food stands, etc.
