Can you use Disney Rewards Dollars for MNSSHP

If my vacation package is paid in full and I want to add tickets for MNSSHP can I pay with my Disney Reward Dollars earned from the Disney Visa? Will I be able to add the tickets to an online cart on my Disney Experience and then pay off the balance using the Reward Dollars? Anyone ever done this before? New to the Visa card and never gone to MNSSHP! Hoping to have enough reward dollars to pay for tickets and surprise my kids!

I used the Disney reward points last year to buy tickets to MNSSHP. As a word of caution, if you do this, but sure to save proof of purchase. I went to pick the tickets up from will call. They had no record of my purchase. They couldn't find it under my account. I spend a miserable hour crying at guest services going to different cast members until one finally found the tickets. They were not attached to an account because I used the rewards points. Persistence paid off but I was a mess and we missed the first two hours of the party. I would never do that again.

Hate that you had such a bad experience but thank you for the information! I definitely want to avoid that scenario! Could I add the tickets for MNSSHP to my account and then buy Disney Gift cards with the Rewards Dollars and use them to pay off the balance? Would this show my tickets are connected to my account/package and prevent a mix up? Thanks so much for your help!
