Yes, as the food court is a CS location.

CS locations are those at which you get your own food (except buffets, of course, which are considered TS). If someone waits on you at your table, it's probably considered a TS.

Yes. I don't use the DDP, but I saw lots of people using it last year. What I did like is that they had things labeled snacks so people know what their snack credits could be used for.

We like to use one CS to share a dinner. They have delicious sliced steak and it comes with two sides, a beverage and dessert, all for one CS at the Value food courts.
