Can you use BLT pool after check out?

We are trying to decide if we should take a later departure flight and enjoy the pool amenities on our last day. Obviously this would only work if you're allowed to use the pool after you've already checked out. Anyone know?

There's a locker room and showers at the fitness center in the main Contemporary tower.

There is also a shower in the rest rooms near the CR main pool and Marina.
