Can you use another pool during renovation

I know that you can't use the pool of another hotel during the year. But what if the pool of your hotel is closed for maintanance? Has anyone some experience?

I think you are nornmally given an alternative hotel to book when pool is down for refurb. Might be worthwhile contacting Disney/travel agent

Just about every time we go the hotel we are staying at has it's Pool area closed for maintenance (which have been published in the brochure etc).

When I've enquired the answer to your question has always been no.
