Manufactuer says no...steam mop company says yes, if they are sealed (poly). Ive been using Bona floor spray with a microfiber mop.
How do you clean them??

I sure wouldn't. I clean mine with water and vinegar OR if an area is really grimy like the entry or kitchen I add just a tad of some kind of cleanser - I use 'green' cleaners. Pushed to extreme, I add a drop or two of Dawn, it cuts through anything. Then there's a lot of rinsing but it's because there's been a grease spill or lots of muddy/salt covered boots have landed in the entry.

If they are real hardwood floors I would never- but I guess on the fake laminate stuff you could.

Well it depends on what you mean by laminate. If it is a Pergo floor you would probably be OK. But if the laminate contains laminated layers of real wood (sorta like plywood), the steam will cause the layers to de-laminate. Not good.
