can you use a disney gift card and disney visa reward dollars at wdw restaurants?

for food i've always paid with cash, credit card, or had the dining plan so i'm not sure.

i'm thinking about asking for disney gift cards for xmas to use towards food costs as that would be a very practical use.

i also will have a decent amount of disney visa reward dollars on a redemption card and i'd like to use towards food costs.

of course i could always use the gift cards and reward dollars for souvenirs but i'm trying to limit the amount of souvenirs i buy anyways as i already have too many lol.

so can i use gift cards to pay for food at QS and snack locations?

Yes. You can use GCs and your rewards card anywhere they accept credit cards. There are some strolling vendors (like balloon sellers) that only accept cash.

If staying onsite another option is to pay via magic band and then pay off the balance at the front desk of the hotel.
