Can you use 1 bounceback offer to book 2 different trips?

I thought that I had read of people doing this, but when I tried to do so this weekend (both trips fell w/in the BB dates), the CM said that I could not book 2 reservations with one offer. She said that I would have to pick one of the dates...so I went with the July trip. Is this correct info. that I received?

My understanding is a guest can book as many trips as they wanted from one offer, as long as requirements are met (such as dates, tickets, etc). :confused3 And I know I have read here of those who have.

That's totally weird. Unless they changed the rule since I was there in December. When I was there on December 18 I booked a trip for June and a trip for August on the BB from our room. I do not know if I had booked just one trip at the time if they would have allowed me to add another later. I'm assuming you were at the hotel when you called to book both trips. If you are still there I would call back and maybe a different CM would give you a different answer. Weird.

On 12/5/09 I booked two trips -- one in August and one in November -- using my bounceback offer.

I booked the original BB from my resort. After returning home, I needed to change the dates...that is when I tried to book the 2nd reservation. Maybe that is why? I don't know, but the CM just said only 1 reservation could be made per offer. If anyone knows differently, please let me know. Thanks!

In December, I booked two offers from our room, for July and December 2010. I was told that changes in the dates can be made provided there's availability. However, I do not believe that you can make a new reservation with the bounceback. I think that's the problem--you were in effect trying to make a new reservation even though you were not on property at the time.

You have to book the second reservation from your room, or on property before you checkout. Calling from home does not qualify.

I think that is the reason why they wouldn't let book another one. You can change the dates, resorts etc after you get home but can't add another reseration for a different date along with the one you made when there. I think I made it clear :confused3 I do know I made two while I was there for different dates but on two separate day as I didn't know I wanted to do a solo or not. And they let me.
I did cancel the free dining BB for this September that I made this past Sept as I got a better BB in December. I decided to cancel & the CM said are you sure as I couldn't get it back once I cancel. Duh :rolleyes1 I knew this but 40% off a deluxe resort(club level) is better than free dining I told her. She said it was better getting the free dining & then I said do the math & see which she did & said you are right 40% off was cheaper lol
