Can you upgrade your ticket?

I have a tier 5, 1 park ticket that I’ll be using at Disneyland tomorrow and I just realized it’s a tier 1 day. So I’m overpaying by $30. Does anyone know if it’s possible to just pay the extra $20 and upgrade it to a park hopper? I’m trying to call guest relations but they literally aren’t taking calls because it’s so busy I guess.

Yes but you have to do it at the ticket booth AND a reservation has to be available for that day. At this moment in time, tomorrow is available for park hopper but it would still have to be available at the time you attempt to upgrade.
