Can you upgrade to an AP?

Can US upgrade the $95 7 day ticket if we decide to do so? If yes, can you do it anytime within the 7 day window?

Yes to both. Just be sure to stop by Guest Services or Vacation Services and tell them you want to upgrade. They'll be glad to upgrade your pass(es) and welcome you to the wonderful world of Universal AP holders.
