Can you upgrade single-night add-on HHN ticket to Rush of Fear pass?

We currently have HHN tickets for 9/16 (opening night) for my wife, her brother, his wife, and me. I'm thinking we may want to go to HHN 9/17 (Sat) as well. I'm an AP holder so cost of HHN is $55/ticket for 9/16, $62 for 9/17, or $81 for Rush of Fear.

Has anyone ever had success upgrading before? Can that be done before-hand (i.e. calling Universal), or only at guest services in the park?

Call and ask if you can change your ticket order to rof

You can get a discount with the AP on the tickets

Do this soon before you go

The tickets you ordered will be held in the kiosk system

I do believe you can amend your original order
They can cancel the one night tickets and can apply what you already paid towards the rof pass

But call them to do the change

My understanding is that as long as your HHN ticket isn't expired, then you can upgrade.
