Can you upgrade MYW tickets when you get there?

We are thinking of getting our MYW tickets with our airmiles but they do not offer the tickets we want. They offer Base tickets for 7 days for adults and 7 days for children and also the premium that does not expire. Of course we want 7 day hoppers. Does anyone know if you can upgrade once we get to the park and how much it would be?
