can you upgrade 'free' dining?

Of course we are hoping for free dining for our October trip, we will be staying at POP Century. if free dining is offered since we are at POP it would be quick service plan. Can we pay the difference and upgrade to the regular dining plan? (this is what we currently have on our reservation).

Yes. We went during free dining in November and stayed at Pop. I just paid the difference between the 2 dining plans to upgrade as we wanted to eat at several table service restaurants.

Yes, you can and it is about $10 more per person per day

I did in November so we had one TS and one QS a day plus a snack.
