Can you trade 2 CS credits for 1 TS?

I've made plans for more table service meals than counter service. Can you trade 2 counter service for 1 table service?

But they will, with a manager override, allow you to use a TS credit at a QS location.

I have tried, and always been told no. I know I traded a TC for CS but it was an even exchange (rip off).

With extra counter services you can trade them for snacks at the resort (and the parks if you're lucky). We get 3 snacks for every extra counter we have left over and load up on the last day for the ride home.
