Obviously it's been a long time since I've been to the World :) Anyway, I'm planning to take our family soon and would love to find this spot for a photo. Seems like it will be perfect with the kids.

It looks like its the rose garden area between the castle and tomorrowland.

That is exactly where it is. It's a stop on the bridge on the way to Tomorrow Land. I love that spot. I like it better than the pictures we took right in front of the castle. Here's my family in June.

Yes, in fact the day this picture was taken there were 2 of them there. There is also a place to get a shot near the bridge that goes on the other side to Liberty Square and Frontier Land. We got this one in 2012. You kind of get the water in the background on that side, but I still like the rose garden spot better.
