The magic shop is right on Main Street. It is on the right hand side of the street in one of the first few stores.

FYI, Steve Martin's first job was at the Magic Shop in Disneyland.

It is on the right side of Main Street as you are walking towards the castle. It is a very small shop but within the first few...most shops connect on the inside and you might be able to walk along on the inside of the shops and see it as well...seems to me it was right next door to and connected to the music shop that sell park music and cd's.
