I use my Cricut machine and one of the paperdoll cartridges for mine! I cut out all of the pieces that I need, glue them together, and then laminate them!

HMM I don't have that machine but perhaps I can head to AC more and find something, thanks! My dh is not comming with me on my next trip in June so I thought some Flattie picks of him with me would be cute.

You can make them any size you wish, I did mine based on the size of the photos.
