Can you substitute baked beans for french fries at Flame Tree BBQ?

It has been a while since my family and I have had lunch at Flame Tree BBQ so I have a quick question about it. On any of their sandwiches are you allowed to substitute baked beans for french fries, or do may make you purchase fries as an extra on the side with the baked beans if they even sell them?

Well in 2005 I asked and was told that the fries are a basket and thus not an even exchange, I could substitute the beans with coleslaw, but had to purchase the fries separately.
