Can infants get day of fp+ then? They obviously dont have tickets, but they do have bands. I'm not understanding this cheat. How is it letting you get fps for an account with no tickets?

A while back I read here that if I made a new email with new fastpasses I can still use my old ones for extra ones in the park?
Is this still available.

Thanks I will!!I spoke to a CM just yesterday about this. After sending in an email and voicing my disgust of the greediness of people doing this, I was called back a few days later (yesterday). The CM told me there had been a lot of complaints about this and that Disney is already looking into fixing this loophole but no time frame could be given and sometimes these things take very long before it can all be sorted out.
We spoke for about 20 minutes and she told me how, when a new program rolls out, there are -always- people who will abuse it. She said it just takes time for Disney to close the loophole up but that this is NOT something guests are supposed to be doing.
Enjoy it while you can.

Now I am no expert....but
if you have NE tix on a band and do not want to use those tix for park entry, I would write DO NOT USE FOR ENTRY on the bands in sharpie, that way you'll know not to use them at the gate. I'd also keep hold of them until you were in the park, that way the kids have no chance of accidental scanning.
If you buy tickets, but don't stay on site, then your plastic tickets are what you use for FP+, they are all RFID enabled, so they will work at the FP+ tapstyles.
If you want to get same day FP+ with your bands, once inside the park, you can go to any FP+ kiosk and schedule three same day FP+. The FP+ kiosks are not programed to detect ticket media, so it will not impact the NE tickets you have on the bands.
Sounds right.I am so confused right now... So we have MBs from 2013, when we go again we will get new ones. It is possible I can make the advanced FP+ and then the day of I can use the old bands to get more, if the new ones are linked to a different email under DH name (old ones are under mine) ? IS this right or am I totally off??
You can not move the MBs to a new account. You would need to link the new tickets to a new account. Also, those NE tickets can actually be used to book FP+s 30 days in advance. Those FP+s will work even though you don't use that ticket to enter the park. BUT ONLY if the 2 tickets for each person is linked to a different MDE account. One person can only reserve 3 FP+s per day in advance. If those ticket are in the same account, then you can't use both ticket on the same day. I believe this is true even with the idea of taking the bands and making FP+s the day of in the park. If fact, from my understanding. If both the new tickets and the NE tickets are linked in the same account, those new tickets will be in those MBs. Remember, the MBs doesn't have anything "on" it. It is just used to link to your MDE account. So if both tickets are there in the same account, both tickets will be linked to the MBs. If both tickets are in the same account, and you decide to use those MBs, make sure you stop by guest relations to make sure when you enter the park that the day is taken off of the new ticket and not the NE ticket.
I hope that all made sense!
Only because, I swear, the Disney person I spoke with on the phone told me my tickets are on my band. She should have said they're on MDE, right? Anyway, from what I understand, though, is even if both tickets are on the same band and I use the band, Disney will work with me to make sure I used my package and not my precious NE tickets?
Thank you! I'll probably just take my hard tickets and leave the old bands at home.I don't know if you were replying to me (the NE makes me think so?), but you confused me!Only because, I swear, the Disney person I spoke with on the phone told me my tickets are on my band. Any Disney ticket or MagicBand with RFID that is not directly linked to FPs will activate FP selection at the kiosks. A MagicBand assigned to a child under the age of three can be used for same day FPs.

Thanks I will!!
If it ends... Oh well!!
Not gonna feel bad about the fact that I read these boards and spend time optimizing my Wdw vacation. Not going to feel bad about multiple trips to Wdw that leaves me with an excess of MB's. Not going to feel bad that I have the "coveted" be our guest reservation while other people don't understand why there are no reservations available for thanksgiving week. Or that I saved a lot with Disney gift cards with a target loophole.
That's what makes this country great it's a free world to speak your mind.
So carry on
Kerri
The thing is, there actually is no info on your MB. That is why they say it isn't a big deal if you lose it. The MB is like a key. It is used to access you MDE account. So nothing is really on the MB but it is still the way we mostly say it. "That MB has my ticket on it". I hope that makes better sense.
Yes, if both the bands with the NE ticket and the new tickets are in the same account and tied the same people, then they are both "on" (but not really) your MB. Disney can arrange the tickets on your account so that when you enter the park, the day would come off of the new tickets and not the NE tickets.
If you put the new ticket on a different account with a different email address and if it is linked with a on-site reservation, you can make your FP+s at 60 days out with those tickets. And if those tickets are on a different account. Then those NE tickets can be used to make FP+s at 30 days out. Those FP+s will work even though you don't use that ticket/MB to enter the park.
It is one of those things, once you understand it, you can see it clearly. But until you do, you feeling like everything is going in circles!!![]()
I was thinking I'd probably just leave the old bands at home, but then it occurred to me that I could try for Test Track AND Soarin'! And scheduling six rides would free us up to wait for the things that will go at 60 days... two accounts is looking very tempting. No harm no foulWhy would you feel bad about those things anyway? There is no rule that says you can't have a BOG res during Thanksgiving, that you can't have multiple MB's, or using Target GC's to save money, and no one cares how much time one spends on these boards to help plan their vacation. On the contrary, if you don't believe you are breaking a rule or abusing the system by using old MB's with no ticket attached to take unearned FP+'s (yes they are unearned because no ticket is attached to the band) then give ole Disney a call and see what they tell ya
But again, I have no idea why you'd even mention the other things. They aren't relevant in the slightest.
This actually cleared everything up! If the MDE with the non-expiry tickets is linked to the MDE with the onsite room reservation, the 60-day booking window is shared by all who are listed and linked to the onsite stay.Just remember, the NE tickets, because they will not be tied to an on-site stay, will only be able to make FP+s at 30 days out at each 30 days mark. So, you can't make them all at once. Just one day at a time.

This is NOT A LOOPHOLE. Disney set this up so that groups can plan their park visits together even if some are offsite.
