Can you still meet Elsa?

Are the Frozen characters anywhere in the Parks these days for meet/greets? My DD is obsessed with Elsa.

They all waive to you from a distance. So you stand in front of them and they are back like 10ft

I have seen Elsa and Anna in DCA at the circle fountain across from Carthay Circle. You meet them from a distance but you can talk to them. My friend even asked Anna record a video message saying hello to her daughter (who was not there that day). It turned out amazing and Anna told us it was such a good idea!

Two weeks ago, we saw them out at the Circle Fountain at Carthay. They were alternating with other characters, so if you don't see them the first time, be sure to check again. On Weds the 6th in the afternoon, they brought their parade float down Main Street with them on it. Not sure how often they do that. I don't recall seeing them, but in DL over by the Royal Hall in the tent were they did shows pre-covid, everyday they had several princesses there, and a few outside around it too.

I've seen Elsa and Anna on multiple occasions at the location in DCA. Don't have a photo, but here's one from last week at the same location to give you an idea of how close they are. They definitely interact and take photos. It's been on days where I started at Disneyland, so would've been after we hopped to DCA.

When we saw her it was after 1pm, but she may have been there in the morning as well.

I only have pictures with Anna and Elsa in the afternoon although I think I've seen Elsa in the morning as well. My impression is that they typically go from about 3PM to night although on OBB days, they may start appearing a few hours earlier.

As of a few weeks ago, they could be found near the Storytellers statue on Buena Vista Street in DCA.

In addition to being in the California Adventure Park as was mentioned, they are also occasional rotating characters in the Royal Theatre in Disneyland, and are in the Christmas Fantasy Parade every day.

Yes they are! Anna and Elsa can be found over by the Royal Theater in Fantasyland. You have to ask a cast member to figure out when they're due to appear, but it's so good to be able to see them still! Not gonna lie, I got pretty emotional my last trip after seeing them. I just wish I hadn't cut Elsa's head out of the picture...

Last month, they were greeting normally next to Carthay Circle on most days. They should still occasionally appear as socially distanced meet & greets in Fantasy Faire but I only saw other princesses there since regular meet & greets returned.

Can confirm, next to Carthay Circle most afternoons. Most of the time Anna and Elsa were alternating, but the last set is usually together.

Are the sisters still doing meet and greets outside Cathay Circle? I notice they aren't listed on the app? My DD loves Frozen and loves character interactions.
