Can You Still Have Purchases Sent Back to Your Resort Room for Free ??

I loved buying stuff and then upon returning to our resort room late at night, our packages would be waiting for us on our table in our room !!!
Is this FREE Service still available ???

Resort delivery is available, but packages are not delivered directly to your guest room. You will need to pick them up at a designated location at the resort.

Also, delivery normally does not occur until the next calendar day, so you cannot use this service on the day before you check out.

I found it to be a bit of a pain when we were there in May, because we would leave for the parks before the gift shop that the package was sent to in the CR opened and return after is was closed. I liked it better when the packages were actually delivered to your room.

If you are staying concierage, the packages are still delivered to your room -- at least they were last November.

Be warned. When visiting a resort different than the one you are staying at, delivery can be days! Last trip, we stayed at OKW. We did some shopping at the Boardwalk and had it delivered to OKW. This was 5 days before we were scheduled to leave. The stuff never arrived and had to be mailed to us. After speaking to the CM trying to find our stuff, he said that they have not figured out how to work the resort to resort transfer. Used it several times within the parks and never had a problem.
